Who We Are

Christ – centered
We are first of all Christian believers striving to make Jesus Christ central in all our lives. He is Lord of the church, and it is around Him that our plans, activities and goals revolve.

Diverse, yet unified
We want you to know that the people of the Vineyard are a lot like you. We come from different walks of life and have different backgrounds regarding church life. However, there is a common denominator among all of us - we want to know God's best for us so we pursue Him with all of our heart.

A caring family
Our fellowship is much like a caring family that values community, informality, spontaneity, freedom of expression, humor, fun, commitment and loyalty.

Loosely structured
At The Vineyard we place a high priority upon openness and flexibility, believing that such a climate is conducive to personal, relational and spiritual growth.

Ministry oriented
We believe that every person has something of value to offer and that people mature spiritually as they give of themselves. Ideally, therefore, every person among us is someone who can actively minister to the needs of others. Regular training and support are provided.

A global movement
There are many valid churches who make Jesus Christ central and follow His commands. Our heritage and affiliation is with a world -wide movement of Vineyard Churches.

Our Beliefs

Our church is a community of believers with Jesus Christ as its head. We seek to love, respect and care for one another as a demonstration of our love for God.

Our outreach is to those who have no church home. Many in our area are disillusioned with religion. They have felt the sting of legalism with its impossible demands. Some have seen hypocrisy. Others have had no religious background and therefore see Christianity as irrelevant. The missing element has been healthy relationships with mature believers in Jesus.
